AUSTRALIA’S BEACH VOLLEYBALL RISING STARS TAKE GOLD MEDALS AT PRO TOUR ON THE GOLD COAST

Australia’s men’s and women’s sides have taken gold in the Beach Volleyball World Pro Tour Futures event Coolangatta beach, bringing to a close the 10-day Gold Coast Volleyslam.

Queensland based Jasmine Rayner and Stefanie Fejes defied the odds to go undefeated throughout the Pro Tour Futures to today defeat Romania’s Francesca Ioana Alupei & Beata Vaida 2-0.

The rising stars only started training together a week prior to the Gold Coast Volleyslam competition, with Fejes attributing their similar approach to volleyball as a key success factor.

“We are just having fun… we are both very competitive so we don’t have to hold ourselves accountable for that, we are just going to go for every last ball and put your heart on the line for that. I think that’s what helped us gel together.

“Coolangatta is an incredible place to play beach volleyball and there are so many fans from all over Australia that are coming out to cheer so it really feels like an amazing home event,” she said.

Rayner/Fejes had the crowd on the edge of their seats throughout the match, with the first set stretching to an incredible 34-32 points.   It remained just as close in the second set, by the Aussies were able to use the home crowd’s support to their advantage and close out the match with a 21-18 set win.

USA’s Kaeli Crews & Erica Brok rounded out the podium to take bronze ahead of Japan.

South Australia’s D’Artagnan Potts & Jack Pearse took home the men’s gold medal after defeating Thailand’s Pithak Tipjan & Wachirawit Muadpha 2-0.

Potts said he was thrilled to be walking away with the gold, which is his first ever on the Pro Tour.

“This is my first Futures gold medal. I got a silver medal a couple of years ago in Mt Maunganui in New Zealand with Ben, so it’s nice to finally get a gold and to do it with Jack.

“As nice as it is to play the same teams on the [Australian Beach Volleyball] Tour, it’s great to play some international teams. The only time we played against other Aussies was the semi final against Josh [Howart] and Luke [Ryan] – so it’s really nice to have some variety,” he said.

Pearse/Potts are set to depart Australia tomorrow morning for Mexico as they prepare for the Beach Volleyball World Pro Tour Challenge event.

The bronze medal match saw Australia versus Australia, with Solomon Bushby and Justin Schumann staging a come from behind 2-1 win over Joshua Howat and Luke Ryan.

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.

In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.

The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
