The actor’s autopsy took place almost two months after his death at the age of 25 Angus Cloudknown for his role as drug dealer Fezco in the HBO series Euphoria, was revealed by the Alameda County (California) coroner’s office to Variety.
The cause of death was “acute intoxication due to the combined effects of methamphetamine, cocaine, fentanyl and benzodiazepines.”
Angus’ death came a week after his father’s death, but his mother ruled out her son’s possible suicide.
“He had no intention of ending his life. As we hugged goodnight we told each other how much we loved each other and he told me he would see me in the morning. I don’t know what got into his body.” After that, all I know is: “He put his head on the desk where he was working on art projects, fell asleep and didn’t wake up,” he explained.
The interpreter’s lifeless body was found on July 31 in his parents’ house in the city of Oakland (California, USA).
His relatives had suggested that he was fighting “fiercely” against the loss of his father and therefore asked for privacy for the family.
