Get ready for an unforgettable weekend in one of the most breathtaking places in the state of Rio de Janeiro! In this RioLIVE! Weekend, we are heading to Ilha Grande, a true paradise of preserved nature, crystal-clear beaches, Atlantic Forest, hiking trails and fascinating history.
Located on the Costa Verde, Ilha Grande enchants visitors from all over the world with its stunning landscapes, the peaceful atmosphere of Vila do Abraão, and its incredible biodiversity. Over the course of three days, we’ll enjoy a complete experience, discovering not only the island’s beautiful beaches, but also its culture, history and unique way of life.
Throughout the weekend, we’ll stroll through the charming streets of Vila do Abraão, hike one of the island’s most famous trails to Dois Rios, visit historical sites, relax on paradise beaches and finish our adventure with a boat tour through some of the region’s most spectacular scenery.

Nature, Culture and History in One Place
Our adventure begins on Friday as soon as we arrive in the charming Vila do Abraão, the main village on Ilha Grande.
We’ll walk through its lively streets filled with restaurants, bars, artisan shops and local markets, getting to know a little about the island’s daily life and welcoming atmosphere. We’ll also stop at a traditional cachaça shop, where you’ll have the chance to taste different Brazilian cachaças and locally produced liqueurs, including the famous Gabriela cachaça, the main ingredient of the classic Jorge Amado cocktail.
It will be a great opportunity to talk about Brazilian culture, gastronomy, literature and local traditions while enjoying a relaxing evening by the sea. Depending on the island’s schedule, we may also have the opportunity to experience its local nightlife.

A Hike Through One of Ilha Grande’s Most Beautiful Places
On Saturday, we’ll experience one of the highlights of the weekend: the hike to Dois Rios.
We’ll follow an old road surrounded by the Atlantic Forest, passing mountains, streams, natural springs and breathtaking landscapes before reaching one of the island’s most preserved beaches.
At Dois Rios, two freshwater rivers meet the ocean, creating a unique natural setting. It is common to spot sea turtles swimming close to the beach, making the experience even more memorable. After relaxing on the beach and enjoying lunch, we’ll visit the Museum of the Prison (Museu do Cárcere) and the Ilha Grande Ecomuseum, where we’ll discover the rich history of the region.
Besides learning about the former Cândido Mendes Prison and the imprisonment of the famous Brazilian writer Graciliano Ramos, we’ll also discover more about the traditional caiçara communities and the importance of environmental preservation in this remarkable paradise.
A Boat Tour Through Paradise
On Sunday, we’ll discover Ilha Grande from a different perspective: the sea.
Our boat tour will take us through some of the island’s most beautiful landscapes, passing crystal-clear beaches, peaceful coves and breathtaking scenery where we’ll have time to relax, swim and admire the natural beauty that makes Ilha Grande a true paradise.
It will be the perfect ending to a weekend full of adventure, nature and unforgettable memories.

Why Visit Ilha Grande?

PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
