Volleyslam arrives on the Gold Coast for 10 days of beach volleyball action
Volleyslam has arrived on the Gold Coast for the seventh straight year, with beach volleyball set to take over Coolangatta Beach for the next 10 days.
Volleyslam has grown to become a true celebration and festival of beach volleyball on the Gold Coast, with four events across 10 days of competition, all with the stunning backdrop of the Gold Coast’s iconic beaches.
The action will start on Friday for the Mahindra Australian Beach Volleyball Championships (6-8 March), before the country’s next generation arrives for the Australian Youth Beach Volleyball Championships (9-12 March) and Australian Beach Volleyball Schools Cup (13-15 March).
The competition will be rounded out by the Volleyball World Beach Pro Tour Futures, with teams from 10 nations set to go head to head.
Medal matches of both the Mahindra Australian Championships and Volleyball World Beach Pro Tour Futures will be broadcast live and exclusive on Kayo.
Volleyball Australia CEO Andrew Dee said: “Volleyslam has grown to become a central part of our national events calendar, with the opportunity for the next generation to play on the same courts as their Olympic and World Championships heroes.
“From our National Program athletes through to the hundreds of school teams competing, Coolangatta will welcome an array of beach volleyball talent from right across the country over the next 10 days.
“Events like this aren’t possible without the support of our government stakeholders and partners, special thanks to Tourism and Events Queensland, Experience Gold Coast and Mahindra Automotive Australia.
“I look forward with excitement to seeing what the next 10 days of beach volleyball action will bring,” he said.
Minister for the Environment and Tourism, Andrew Powell MP, said hosting this high-impact and iconic event on the Gold Coast showcased Queensland at its very best.
“Volleyslam will bring 10 days of world class beach volleyball to Coolangatta, drawing around 12,000 fans, creating nearly 30,000 visitor nights and injecting an estimated $3.8 million into Queensland’s economy,” Minister Powell said.
“The Crisafulli Government is proud to support an event that highlights the Gold Coast’s beaches, vibrant events calendar and world class hosting credentials.”
“Volleyslam is quintessential Gold Coast with the magical beach backdrop at Coolangatta attracting the world’s best athletes over 10 days,’’ said Gold Coast Mayor Tom Tate.
“Through hard work and dedication, we have stamped our city’s name as the No 1 destination for beach volleyball. Let’s cheer home the champions at the 2026 Volleyslam.’’
2026 Volleyslam is supported by Experience Gold Coast and the Queensland Government through Tourism and Events Queensland.
PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
